Log in to your dashboard and click the 'Deposit' button. Choose your preferred deposit method, select an investment plan that fits your goals, and follow the on-screen steps to complete your transaction. Deposits are processed promptly and securely.
Your deposit will appear in your Apexfunds dashboard immediately once it has been confirmed on the blockchain network. Confirmation times vary by network congestion but are typically very fast.
Click the 'Withdraw' button on your dashboard, enter your Bitcoin wallet address and the desired amount, then submit your request. Make sure your wallet address is correct — withdrawals to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.
We process withdrawal requests immediately upon receipt. Funds are sent directly to your registered Bitcoin wallet. The time to arrive in your wallet depends on the Bitcoin network, but is typically within minutes to a few hours.
No — each investor is permitted one account only. The only exception is for investors on our Premium plan, who may hold multiple accounts. This policy ensures fairness and platform integrity for all users.

You can hold as many active investment plans as you wish, with one exception: the Basic plan limits investors to a maximum of 3 active investments at any time. All other plans have no cap on concurrent investments.
