These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between Apexfunds (the "Company") and any individual or entity ("Investor") who accesses or uses this platform. By registering an account or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

These rules enter into force on the date of your registration on the Apexfunds platform and your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein. This agreement is equivalent to the conclusion of a formal contract in accordance with international law.

All information, communications, and materials originating from Apexfunds are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential, and protected from any unauthorised disclosure. Nothing contained herein constitutes an offer or solicitation for investment in any jurisdiction where such activity is unlawful.

Any individual or company from any country may open an account on this platform, subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are obliged to provide complete and accurate information when registering or updating your account details.
• You agree to maintain current and accurate registration data and to update it promptly when it changes.
• Each investor may register only one personal account. Re-registration is strictly prohibited. In cases of multiple registrations, the Company reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts pending investigation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Apexfunds and its service providers bear no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

All financial transactions on Apexfunds are performed solely at the investor's own discretion and risk. Each deposit is considered a private transaction between Apexfunds and the Member.

• Deposits may only be made in US dollars via the electronic payment systems supported by the Company, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Ripple, and Litecoin.
• All profit accruals are processed automatically in accordance with your chosen investment plan. Depending on the plan, earnings may be credited on a daily basis or at the end of the investment term.
• If you select a daily earnings plan, your initial capital will be returned at the end of the investment term.
• The interest rate is determined by the investment package selected, and each package permits investment within a specified minimum and maximum range.
• Withdrawal requests are processed promptly and may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your wallet.

The investor has the right to freely manage funds held in their personal account, subject to the terms of their active investment plan(s).

Apexfunds operates a multi-tier affiliate rewards programme. You may participate by sharing your unique referral link. No deposit or active investment is required to earn affiliate bonuses.

• Level 1: 10% of deposits made by your direct referrals.
• Level 2: 3% of deposits made by referrals invited by your Level 1 referrals.
• Level 3: 2% of deposits made by referrals invited by your Level 2 referrals.
• Level 4: 1% of deposits made by referrals invited by your Level 3 referrals.

You may share links to any page on this website. However, sending spam or any form of unsolicited commercial email to promote Apexfunds, its products, or services is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to market volatility, technical failures, or third-party payment processor issues.
